[She reaches down for the remote control to her projector, and presses a few buttons. Then she settles back, watching the sky as she speaks to him.] When I told Tieria that I lived in a space colony, he said that it was a goal, in your world, to bring mankind into space. [Her tone is happy, but heavy with something else.] I wanted to take you to see my home.
[The image of the stars above starts to move, shifting as if the entire dome was turning itself around to look behind. As the camera moves, not unlike flying a shuttle or a Gundam, an image of Earth comes into view. The image pans in, as though approaching the planet, but then skims past it, the moon coming into view on the other side. And then beyond it...]
[There's a twinge in Lacus' voice as she explains,] Those are the PLANTs. My home. [She pauses there, and a moment passes before she turns to Lockon and resumes speaking.]
But we've explored far beyond there. I want to show it to you, Lockon. What deep space looks like. The wonders we've seen there.
