it's disconcerting to hear Ritsuka talk like that; 'the Ritsuka you know,' as if they aren't the same. Soubi is far from an expert on how the prison brings people from the future or the past, or what that means for them. but he's sure--absolutely certain--that there is only one Ritsuka: his. this is Ritsuka. he simply hasn't experienced those things yet. ]
