Oh, well, I think all of them are really good, but I guess it depends on what you like.
See, all the bowls have noodles of some kind. Most of them are ramen, which, by themselves, are pretty flavorless. However, you add broth, meat, vegetables and seasonings to make the flavor.
[She pointed out a few on the menu to explain a bit.]
This one has beef broth and small pieces of beef in it. There's also carrots, peas, and it's seasoned with some salt. It's a really basic recipe meant to really enhance the beef flavor.
But this one here is made more like a curry, with lots of spices and you can pick what kind of meat you want in it. I like chicken. Then, they pour it on top of the noodles instead of rice, which is what most curry is put on.
