Hand motions.] Well basically, it allows the user to relive stored memories. However, the brain is engaged in a manner where it is receptive to stimuli as if facing it in "the real world". So hypothetically, it's feasible to imagine you'd be able to convey touch provided that each recipient who are... say, holding hands while engaged in the machine-- provided that they've experienced touch before, the machine could replicate it as real as day.
It gets a bit fuzzy past that. But plausible, you think?
