[Helix looked to Aidan's hand, watching as the other boy carefully shifted closer. He felt so exposed and vulnerable, too much to really get the words out that he needed to say. He gave the other boy a frightened glance, obviously grasping at the air for help and strength.
Eventually he just shifted towards him, closing the gap between them and moving to sit so he was partially behind him, tucking one knee at his back while the other was on the edge. He slid a hand down to thread with Aidan's fingers, clutching him tightly as he sat at his side. He burrowed his face in against his shoulder and neck, squeezing his eyes shut as he gathered himself up. Maybe this way... if he could hide a little, feel Aidan's warmth and familiarity it would be easier. This way too he didn't have to speak too loud, he was right by his ear so he could hear him even at a whisper.
He swallowed attaching himself to the other as if he were his last life line. Concentrating on that nightmare, those memories and searching for a place to start. He swallowed raggedly and decided to just... talk.]
That girl I told you about... I got her killed because she was with me. There was a man, he... was out to get to me and he hurt her, he raped her and killed her in order to break me.
I didn't know... I couldn't know. They set me up... [He wasn't making any sense but... it was a start, he could breath and just fill in the blanks.]
