... Somewhat. The three groups have access to solar energy, but for the countries that either aren't a part of them or are in bad standing with them end up fighting all the time. Countries that used to rely on fossil fuels for income ended up in complete poverty... the whole system is horribly unbalanced and tensions are high all over.
