[It's all she can take not to shout after him that he's being patently ridiculous. How is she not to be beholden to a "truce" that was made in the name of an organization she is -- at least, for now -- a part of? Asking them not to contact her, and she not to contact them, is a perfectly reasonable request, as she sees it. And if they can't agree to even that, well, then they must intend to keep right on bothering her whenever they please.]
[If this is how it's going to be, that she has to accept a negotiation with the people that destroyed and then took her life, then maybe she needs to consider whether she can continue to be a part of that organization at all.]
