That's right. It was only in my mother's lifetime that women were given the right to vote in America! And now they're starting to seek more rights in the workplace... Negroes, too, are seeking more justice in their treatment, pushing for fairer voting practices and fewer discriminatory policies in higher education, and I really think they're starting to get it.
Things are getting better and better for everyone. Obviously I don't have a historical perspective on it, but I love looking on the politics of the day and thinking about where it's all going.
