[ Pulling her eyes away from the jar, she looked at the box, overturning it in her hands and tangling her fingers in the bow. She was used to gifts and knew how this was supposed to work. Sliding it off, she let the ribbon fall to the ground, flipping open the box. ]
[ It was pretty, better then pretty, and she tilted it to the side, making the silver glint softly in the faint light surrounding them still. ]

[ she tilted it again, shifting the necklace so the pendant slid across the box. She wasn't one for jewelry, but this was nice. And it reminded her of Conrad's pendant. ]
