Is it necessary...? It's one thing if the hunters or vampires alike want to join a special force that oversees vampires and hunters alike. I think anyone on it should definitely have their information listed in some form or another. [If not to check each other, but it's safer that way, knowing where everyone is coming from with the people you are working with.]
