Forgive me, Suzaku, but I feel I must ask: why are vampires [using a catch-all term even though they are all different] to be treated differently than the other powerful and potentially dangerous individuals in the dome? There are many non-vampires in Marina who have the potential to harm others.
The current system is that if someone causes harm or presents a danger, they are placed on the watch list. Why could the same system not apply to vampires? Why should a registration system exist for all vampires regardless of their behavior, when magic-users and other powerful individuals [such as Lelouch with his Geass, Conrad hopes Suzaku understands (not as a threat at all, just as an example of how privacy is important to value)] are not held to the same standard?
