[Action | Closed] Backdated to early evening
[Nervousness stirred deep within her stomach, a sickening feeling that rose bile to the back of her throat as she lingered outside the doorway to Saki's residence. A hand floated, frozen before the wooden frame. Poised to knock, Yuuki hesitated, uncertain momentarily about her resolve in coming. She hadn't contacted her ahead of time to alert her, instead it had taken all her courage just to muster up the strength to come here now. She wasn't sure that Saki would even respond to a message she attempted to send her way. The situation as a whole was still upsetting. With a glance down at the bunny in her bag, as well as the cookies in the other, it was only behind these two things that she'd felt comfortable enough (after all, who could resist an adorable bunny and sweets), in coming.

There isn't any sense in chickening out now.

Tonight and the next couple of days she expected would be busy. The new arrival of both Kain and Ruka reminded her that people can come just as quickly as they disappear. If she couldn't get the opportunity to apologize, she knew she would regret it later.

I need to for Zero, too... The thought was sad, and brought an entirely different set of anxiousness and nausea with it. For now, she just had to take one step at a time.

Inhaling, she took a deep breath, chest rising. Tentative at first, she finally brought a balled fist down to gently rap on the door.]
