Yeah, she's completely unaware of Ianto at the moment, so that could definitely work. Accelerated falling in love and then jealousy and rage -- and possibly violence, honestly. She ends up canonly torturing one of the other characters in the show because he messes with her feelings, she does not take things well.
Poor Jack, it'll definitely be a rough day for him. But it could be a lot of fun to play out :)
