Character Name: Wendy Marvell

Description of item/creature: Air Shatter Cannon; it's a small, compact, light-blue cylinder. It contains wind magic.

What makes it questionable/dangerous/beyond the usual scope of the game? If someone unable to control the power of it uses it, it can be dangerous. Wendy knows how to use it these days though and won't let it lie around where people might misuse it.

Additional notes/concerns/questions: She will be careful with it. It's not like she needs it but it's good to have in reserve.
