I am Apa, player of Chuck Bartowski and Kamui, and I'm bringing one more character:

C.C., from Code Geass. She is Lelouch's "accomplice" and one of the people closest to him. She's snarky and a troll, she is addicted to pizza, and most of what she says is either insincere or truth hidden in snark. Her other fun thing is that she's immortal. If you tried to, say, cut her head off, it will hurt but after a little while, her body will reset to perfect repair.

C.C. has the ability to grant geass to people. This is something which would be only mod-approved, and as she's post-series, she is unlikely to want to do it.
