Welcome to the MarinaNova HMD! This is optional, but encouraged.

• List your characters for which you'd like feedback. We have a form below if you like forms!

• Leave your tactful and considered thoughts, questions, concerns, praise, suggestions, etc. for others.

We strongly encourage you to make this a dialogue. Find out what went into actions, decisions, and characterization and you may come to understand it better. Hopefully you'll also be in the best position to clearly communicate your own concerns. Results will be more satisfactory for everyone if one person isn't on the offensive while the other is on the defensive.

Avoid leaving someone a wall of text. This can be intimidating even with the most careful of wording and best of intentions.

Don't gang up on someone. You may have a different way of wording something, but unless you have something new to contribute, consider letting it go if there are already others saying it.

Be constructive and considerate.

• Since there is no plotting meme during months with an HMD, please feel free to do that here too.

• Contact a mod if you have any problems.

	I love your Elena. I can hear her voice when I read your tags, and I can see her depth in your playing: her strengths and compassion and uncertainties. I also think just your playing is enjoyable. I love your Elena a lot. I always enjoy tagging out with her and she always seems to be really IC. Loudmouth Dickhead (His Christian name, I swear) here has kind of forced Buffy to take a bit of a backseat this month but I really do want to let her and Elena interact a bit more 'cause I enjoy them. They need to talk stupid vampire boys. We'll invite Sookie and make it a party.

to avoid sounding like a broken record, i'm going to default second everything i've ever said on all those other hmd and love meme incarnations that pop up from time to time. because it's all still true. you've helped me to remember what i loved about tvd before i gave up on the show and have made me appreciate (and love!) a pairing i previously found distasteful. all my bravos belong to you. ♥

sookie and elena's cr is my favorite and i need more of it my life.

it's such good cr for both of them, as they don't really have anyone in their respective canons who really gets what it's like to be in their particular situations. i love what it's doing for sookie's character, both in being able to offer elena advice based on her own vampsperience (totally a word) and have someone to talk to when usually sookie doesn't really have anyone to talk about these to.

it is. i love what it's doing for elena's character too. sookie's advice and just the way she carries herself -- elena truly respects and admires her, and that sort of response doesn't happen often where elena's concerned. it's already taught elena so much about herself because exactly -- elena doesn't have anyone to talk to about this stuff, and in their respective canons, they are these girls. with special blood and two idiots vampires in love with them. (vampsperience is so a word.) i could continue waxing poetic about their other similarities of character and not situation but :x

elena is also planning on getting vervain to sookie, stat. maybe we could do that this week?

	yes! i work from 6:45AM to 3:30PM. sometimes i can get in tags during my lunch, but otherwise, i'll be around all evening and part of the night during the week for tagging! :D and sookie will definitely be tipping elena off to silver... if elena didn't already pick up on it from that conversation with eric that she should've locked, but didn't. oh man, i've loved your elena since playing bonnie off of her, and i'm so glad i get her twofold with faith and castiel. don't worry about being slow, because you always seem to come back to threads and continue, which is all that really matters.

you always keep elena really true -- she's got no problem verbalizing her ideas, or when she thinks something is wrong, but at the same time she's never bellicose about it, which is a big part of her character and one that you do without making her seem whiny, which is amazing, in my opinion!

♥ shhh thank you so much. i'm so glad we're in a game together again! it was too short-lived.

i try to stay very conscious of all my threads and get back to them, but i know i forget! it's nice to know maybe not as much as i fear. c: thank you so much! you're right; i totally agree. elena is rarely aggressive and only occasionally argumentative, and she doesn't have a problem with saying things like she sees or feels them. she's no whiner. o/

	For someone who knows pretty much nothing about TVD, you've made Elena's character so clear and fun to tag with. She's layered, complex, and her threads reflect all that and more. I have a confession to make.

Some time ago, a friend of mine tried to get me to watch the Vampire Diaries. It did not work out so well. You could even say that I refused after one measly youtube clip, deciding right then and there that it Wasn't For Me and that I didn't have any reason at all to touch it ever again.

And then came you and Elena and now I find myself having reason.

She's just... sweet and fun and intriguing and I adore every thread we've had with her and Reid, especially how you portray her thought process and emotions in ways that doesn't always come out in text. It's very layered and wonderful and I would love to do more things with them any chance I get. I would also love to toss Spike her way and see what comes out of it, because every vampire show needs to mix. This is a fact.

I don't even know what to say. ;o; That's just... so awesomely humbling and I'm glad however I've written or whatever I've done with Elena is making you rethink watching TVD. I admit too, I laughed most of my way through the first episode. The only reason I got around to watching past that was because my sister swore I'd love it. She would have chained me to the couch to watch it the weekend she brought over the DVDs, if she had chains.

lkasd;fj thank you so much. I would love to do more things with you! I really enjoy her and Reid's burgeoning friendship and I adore their threads too. And yes yes definitely yes to mixing vampire shows. I'm really interested to see how she and Spike will get along.
