Lyle: Going to make the wild assumption that he can at least tread water at least for a while. In the end he might be the one using an inflatable pool and trying to figure out how to bale it out. The haros can apparently float so people can randomly encounter them floating around.

Michiru: She can swim... oh boy can she swim. She'll probably be out trying to help people to safety and perhaps trying to use her powers if it somehow helps. Naiad the eevee will probably sitting on an overturned table and floating around the dome not far from Michiru.

Mgann: Will probably be in her mermaid form as long as she can before she has to find a place to rest. She'll be trying to help people.

Trowa: He'll be building a second ark? No really, he'll probably be putting together doors from his apartment and any vacant apartments to make a raft, probably absconding with a tent if he can find one. He'll let people on it of course. Of course, if you have a door or two you are willing to donate to the cause all the better.

Carl: Will be doing something? Besides trying to keep his kitten from getting trapped.
