Day 318 (April 6-12) is Casino Night. So much for the day part of your day.
The "sun" will not be rising, but there will be lots and lots of glittering lights! What's a casino atmosphere without the bling?
Alcohol will be flowing freely this day and there will be buffets of food as far as the eye can see. Food carts and bot-run restaurants have all been repurposed for the theme. There will even be bots strolling around with trays of cocktails and appetizers.
Don't miss the chorus lines and singing performed by dressed up bots in elaborate, sparkling costumes. Take in a magic show or anything else you might expect to find in Vegas. Or maybe you want to get in on the act. The bots can always make room.
And of course all the gambling you can shake a poker chip at! Slot machines, roulette, craps, poker, 21, dabo (not just human games), and chess. Chess? Sure, why not? Any game you want along with the traditional. Some are set up outside in various locations, but the arcade has been especially decked out for the day. You'll even find slot machines in random nooks of just about any facility. Why wouldn't you want to play in the library? Oops, did they forget to turn the sound effects off?
Everyone will be allowed a few chips to start them off, plus they can always cash in their rehab points for more. Later, these chips are redeemable for rehab points or a wall full of prizes varying from teddy bears to high-end watches.
The museum will also feature the history of gambling while the stores manage to work their way into the theme too.
So, enjoy and jump in. Maybe you want to play. Maybe you want to be a dealer at one of the tables. Maybe you set up a game of cups.
