Garcia is never one to say no to colorful things that can be made into funky jewelry! She would likely be drawn to the brighter colors, like red (aggressiveness) which could be interesting! It could be fun if someone wants to plot her doing a simple hack on their communicator out of angry spite several dayweeks down the line, or something like that?

Lacus I will probably leave out of firsthand effects since she's gotten the short end of the stick in events past. If anyone wants to play with secondary effects I am very open to that.
