Game-wide HMD/plotting
Welcome to the MarinaNova HMD! This is optional, but encouraged.

• List your characters for which you'd like feedback. We have a form below if you like forms!

• Leave your tactful and considered thoughts, questions, concerns, praise, suggestions, etc. for others.

We strongly encourage you to make this a dialogue. Find out what went into actions, decisions, and characterization and you may come to understand it better. Hopefully, you'll also be in the best position to clearly communicate your own concerns. Results will be more satisfactory for everyone if one person isn't on the offensive while the other is on the defensive.

Avoid leaving someone a wall of text. This can be intimidating even with the most careful of wording and best of intentions.

Don't gang up on someone. You may have a different way of wording something, but unless you have something new to contribute, consider letting it go if there are already others saying it.

Be constructive and considerate.

• Since there is no plotting meme during months with an HMD, please feel free to do that here too.

• Contact a mod if you have any problems.

Comments: uuhhh hi marinades (marinites?), I am still fairly fresh meat and I hope I haven’t messed anything up too badly yet!

Any and all comments, concerns, and questions are welcome. . . I am also interested in plotting! I’d especially be interested in getting Lt. Robbins more involved with ongoing stuff-- like the investigative team, maybe, and anyone else who’s really intent on learning and exploration-- I’m just not 100% sure of the best way to go about it? (ping people IC? ooc? make a general open Network post and hope for the best? xD)

so yeah hi I like stuff let’s do stuff!

Ugh I had typed up a more or less coherent reply last night and then ij decided it just didn't want to be a thing

Thank you and I hope you will forgive me for being a laaaaaatecomer, I do still plan to tag into Picard's last post I just... Have trouble working up the brain power sometimes. The downside of playing a character who is smarter than me ^^;

She's a bit of a fish out of water with the rest of the Trek peeps so I take her tags a little more slowly and... Often with a lot of referencing Memory Alpha, hah.

	I think she's great and would really like to have Jack meet her at some point. I don't seem to have a lot of ideas for threads at the moment, which is why Jack mostly tends to appear in mingles unless there's already a storyline going with him, but I would love these two to get together! :-) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Yeah I am a little bit terrible at knowing how to kick things off, so the mingles have been useful for getting her out there to chat with people whether she wants to or not. I've previously played in games that are a lot more network-heavy so this has taken some getting used to.

But, even if we can't come up with a good excuse, definitely feel free to say hi to her on some mingle somewhere! Morgan isn't hugely outgoing but she's reasonably friendly and always curious so. :3

i am blown away by what you've done with this character. you've taken all the contradictory parts of her history that make her memory beta page a headache to read and made fluid sense of it. i like the things you've kept from it and that which you've headcanoned. she reads like a fully fleshed out character, and i think if i wasn't already familiar with her, i would have a hard time telling she was such a minor character with the way that you play her. you're doing her fabulous justice. ♥
