[Action | Open | Evening]
[The past two days had stressful so Michiru decides to do the one thing that always reliably helps her, playing violin. So as evening arrives she heads out of her apartment and down to the parks around the dome to get some inspiration and play her violin for a bit. As she stands and plays, the melody of her violin drift around]

[ooc: Michiru is out practicing for the fun of it. Feel free to encounter her anywhere and watch her play and talk to her. Sorry to the two people have been waiting so patiently for this post]

[She might. Who knows~. She chuckles]

Alright. I will hold you to that then.

Consider me held. Now, do you consider the night to still be young, or were you planning on playing one song only?

The night is still young. I can play more if you want to hear it. Do you have any requests?

I would say "whatever your heart desires" but it seems a rude request if I'm the one asking for an encore. [As if he cares about rudeness.] Something upbeat, perhaps?

[She chuckles] It's alright.

[She brings her violin back and begins to play something more up beat, something that one could really dance to]

[It's definitely dance-worthy, and were Puck in the mood for it he'd definitely dance. Now for once he doesn't participate in the performance at all - he remains in his tree, content with just tapping his foot to the rhythm and overall looking like he's enjoying the song. Truth to be told there's a reason why he asked for something cheerful: it makes for great inspiration when you're planning fun pranks to pull.]

[Michiru is unaware of his plotting, but finishes her song. Once she finishes, she lowers her bow and looks back up at him]

Was that what you were thinking of?

[And as she does, he turns his attention fully back to her.]

Down to the very last note~ Thank you; I enjoyed it. And you play it with the same spirit as you did the quieter pieces.

You're welcome. I do try to make all the music I play have the same energy.

[She smiles]

It's a good aspiration for any performer, but I'm sure I needn't tell you that. [Considering she's a professional.] But what kind do you enjoy the most?

Hmm... that is a hard question. I guess it depends on the mood I'm in. A lot of songs for violin aren't quite so upbeat, a little more melancholy. But I do like upbeat songs as well.

A fair answer. Any song is so much better when it's made with genuine emotion.

It is. I tend to think if someone isn't feeling the music, it doesn't sound quite right.

I concur~ And in those cases you might just as well quit and do something that's less of a waste of everyone's time. [No sympathy for bad days here.] Quit for the moment, that is, at least when it comes to those with actual talent.

Everyone has off days depending on what is going on in their life, but I would say it is better to take a step back from it.
