[The camera opens up on a dimly lit room, only the sight of a man's hands hovering over the keys of a piano. He cracks his knuckles and then his fingers glide over the keys, starting into and playing out a solid rendition of Für Elise without error. The further into the song the faster his hands move, until the end where he abruptly shuts the lid of the piano closed.

He leans down to look in the lens, offering a wide (and wicked?) grin.] I'm up for taking some requests on what to play next.

Doctor, hello. [Downright friendly, Tyki's grinning to himself like he's just reunited with an old friend. You could say that it's almost true, in some fucked up fashion. Some of you, the ones he tortured most while he was here, are some of the people he's grown closest to. The rest are gone, the rest are dead...

	Not long enough, if you ask me. [ Can't keep the tension out, not really. It was never as bad for him as it was for Ianto, but it lasted over a much longer time. Almost since day one, come to think of it. Of course he's tense, of course he wishes that Kitty would show up - because without her, how do they even stand a chance? ] Had a good time in the pod? Well- she took it. Disbanded the Defence Force not long before she disappeared.

[ So much has happened and maybe he should shut up but also who can he even talk to about all this shit anymore? Jack? No way. Ianto? Ton? Hah, don't make him laugh. Rebecca must be sick to death of his shit by now and he and Martha have hashed it out so many times he's genuinely run out of things to say.

So, here we are. Saying things he probably shouldn't be saying to the single greatest threat the prison has ever seen. ]

Well, when you've neutered all your threats by ripping them apart in ways crueler than their crimes, I suppose there's no lingering requirement for a Defense Force. I suppose that was part of what I liked about her, that she could go to those extremes. That she did, in the end, prove to be as dark as I was. [He says this almost fondly, because Kitty will always be a cog in the works of what he did. An invaluable part of it all. Had only the smallest part of the machine worked differently, he might've lived in relative, trusting peace.

Alas.] I think I'm even a little proud.

The explanation sounds eerily familiar, not unlike a topic that was brought to his attention not too long ago when there was still a Defence Force to criticise. He hesitates, but maybe he's been around for too long to be cautious anymore. ]

[ He's waiting by one of the picnic benches, nursing a take-away cup of coffee in an effort to seem casual and not at all scared to death. Tyki terrorised him for more or less his entire time in prison. They have history. Meeting him alone is a really really bad idea but what can he do? Without Kitty, without the Defence Force he feels like he has some level of responsibility for what happens now.

Spotting Tyki, he nods in acknowledgement, eyes looking for anything that would give away his state of mind. ]
