Huh... That's weird. It looks like the whole arrival schedule is off. Unless it's another glitch.

[He wasn't going to mention the missing people for now unless someone else brought it up. Duo didn't like losses.]

Guess this means I might be giving out baskets on a daily basis now.

Well, the unofficial inmate-run Welcome Committee did up baskets for new arrivals. I can bring you that. It's got some useful stuff in it... and some cookies. [Because cookies made everything better.]

That... usually a good philosophy. Free cookies are almost always good, unless the person giving 'em out is some sort of creep. In which case, I'd be wary. But, I've had these. And nothing's happened to me. So, it's all good.
