[Kitty, or someone who looked a lot like her, was exploring the dome cautiously. Mostly staying near Sector 0 and attempting to figure out how to get up on top of that island for a better view. Wanna offer help?]

[The Doctor, very unsuccessfully, was trying to gain access to the few areas in this sector without much luck. Both the Warden facility and Processing Plant were heavily locked down and inaccessible with walking right in (The Doctor was surprised to admit that many places weren't always this heavily guarded during his travels, so he thought he'd give it a go here.).

Hands tucked away in pockets, he's moving where he could see the floating island and nearly bumped into a small woman doing the same.]

Oh, sorry there.

	[Having him physically bump her was a little startling, but that's what she got for not paying attention. She should know better. 	Rope? [She shrugged a little.] Not sure where we can find any. We could split up and look around. [And a rope... well, she could phase her way up that. 	I think there are some stores around. We might find something there. [She looked around.] I don't see anything we could climb to get closer... at least, not easily. Yeah. It's actually where I woke up when I got here a few days ago. There's just a bunch of flowers and stuff up there from what I saw.

[Now that he has gotten a better look at the girl, there's something vaguely familiar about her. But he can't quite put his finger on why that is.]

The view is pretty good, though. Not that you'll be able to see it unless you can fly, jump, or air walk your way up there.

	Nothing really useful, if that's what you're asking. [Of course he took advantage of the view while he was up there to scope the place out in hopes of finding something that could help him with the situation.] As for how I got down, I have a friend who can fly.
