a) Sector 4

[Bonnie had to admit, prison wasn't where she expected to end up, much less an underwater one. Breaking out doesn't seem to be an option - not an obvious one - so she decides to take that map with her and explore a little.

Clothing's a first, so she heads to The Row and stares longingly at an oversized sweater that is hung up far higher than she can reach. A normal person would've called a bot over, but Bonnie? Nah, Bonnie stretches out her hands and murmurs,] Motus.

[Doesn't even budge an itch. So she tries again,] Come on, Motus.

[Looks like she'll have to settle for something that's well, actually in her reach. Once that's taken care of, she heads off in search of adventure. Quatro Park, the Art Center, and honestly - anywhere in the dome, she'll be around.]

b) the Blood Shack

[However, she can't resist dropping by the Blood Shack, given the name. If vampires are around, then maybe they've heard of her friends from back home. So once she's gotten dressed, she heads inside and takes a long, sweeping look around.

The stench of bourbon is painfully, painfully familiar, and she'll gulp down her hopes as she sits at the bar. There's no way Damon would be here - why would he? - but it feels too much like him for comfort.]

[She rushes over to hug him, but he gets there first — and only his experience dating Elena keeps him from completely crushing her in his relief.]

Not nearly as glad as I am. God. [He buries his face in her hair, using every one of his vampire senses to assure himself that she's real. This isn't some dream he's walked into; she's actually here. After a moment, he pulls back so he can get another look at her.]

They said you were lost in some dimension stabilizer thing. When did — What's the last thing you remember?

A dimension stabilizer? [She doesn't like the sound of that, much less what it could possibly mean.]

I- I'm not sure what that is, but the last thing I remember was Jo and Alaric's wedding. [Or specifically, its bloody aftermath. She remembers Damon saving her when she least expected it; she remembers sitting around with Elena and Caroline and saying their final goodbyes. There's so much and yet...] What about you? What do you remember?

Yeah. Evidently it is. Something about different timelines or some other technobabble nonsense, but the long and the short of it is, this place messes with your head. When I first got here, I met a bunch of people who told me I've been here before. [Softly] So've you.

WEEEEEEEKS. Okay, no, only a few days, but it has felt like forever.

[quietly, impulsively] I'm glad you're here, though. [Which is way too close to an admission of feelings he doesn't want to have. He's a vampire; they're not supposed to care about humans. Sure, he's cared about a few humans in the past, but they're all vampires now, so it works out well. Bonnie is not allowed to be an exception to that rule.]

It just doesn't feel like prison without you harping at me every morning. [The sarcasm seems to come too little, too late.]

[They've spent too much time together for her to really spew vitriol. If she had to be stuck in prison (again), at least she's with one of her favorite people in the world.]

That's the disconcerting thing about being around Bonnie — even though Elena is literally the spitting image of his first love, Bonnie is the one who most often takes him back to his human days.

But he pushes the feelings and memories aside with ease (one of vampirism's many perks).]
