[Bitty dragon]

[Trespassers were forbidden from entering the Village of Hakuryuu. Anyone who got too near and made it past the fog was ordinarily stopped. There were the occasional few who slipped past, but they were normally found and taken care of. That was why just on the outskirts of the village, the young four year old Kija was surprised when he collided head first with someone he didn't recognize.

Falling backwards from the impact, he blinked up in surprise-- before he remembered himself. Rising up to his feet quickly, his white scaled claw lifted at the ready, and he faced off with the stranger.]

Who are you? And what do you want with our village?

[He glances back up, eyes growing somehow wider, but this time with a clear mix of shock and curiosity. He's never seen someone with dark hair before. Let alone for eyes like his, that can shift at will.

He can't feel him. But such pretty golden eyes, doesn't it.... sound like Seiryuu? The Blue dragon?]

You- [A hand moving to kamui's knee as he crouches down beside him he moves closer to get a better look.] You are not a dragon? But are a demon...?

[He simply nods. It... It would be selfish otherwise. He knows the sacrifice and pain the other Hakuryuu before him have experienced. Especially his father, who... his life is slowly draining away from him as they speak.

All because his power as the White Dragon is transferring to Kija.

It's their fate that they live short lives. If that power isn't preserved and passed down, then... they wouldn't be there when it's necessary.]

If the king doesn't come during my life time, then I will have harbored the power of the White Dragon, so that it could continue to be passed down until the day that he returns.
