[Good morning Marina! Have a bright eyed, bushy tailed redhead on your feed. Shallan is set up currently in the Daffodil Dive, it's obvious from the plate of leftover pie cake in her hand as she's talking to you.]

Good morning! I am opening this to everyone, old and new. I'm doing sketches of everyone for Chuck as a Regular's Wall at the bar. You can pick where you want me to sketch you, and who with if you like. I will be available all day.

[ Calliope's heart skips when she sees Shallan on the network. For a brief moment, she looked like Sansa... ]

[ But no. No. That's a mean thing to do to herself, much less to someone else. She shakes it off and decides to turn up later, once she's done some proper settling-in errands. ]

[ Around noon, Calliope turns up. She pauses out of view, first. ]

Knock-knock! I'm coming in! Please don't be scared when you see me.

[ She slips into view, somewhat shyly and nervously but still smiling. She wears a sharp-looking set of formalwear, complete with a bow tie and suspenders (the jacket is tucked away safely until she can tailor it). There is a clean sketch pad tucked under her arm, and pencil box in hand. ]

[ Calliope hesitates. That isn't the worst reaction she's ever gotten, but it is always embarrassing to go through. Her smile falters until Shallan apologizes—it comes back, shyly again, but hopeful that they've gotten the initial surprise out of the way. ]

It's alright! I know that my appearance is shocking.

Um, I'm going to sit down now. [ And that is what she does, along with setting down her sketch pad and the apparently completely-full pencil case. This gives Shallan a little space to fully recover if she needs it, in Calliope's mind. ]

I don't actually have a lot done yet, either.. I had an accident with the dimensional stabilizer, and lost a lot of my work. [Not to say that she wasn't making grand inroads on fixing that mistake. She pulled out a smaller sketchbook from her satchel and handed it to Callie to let her flip through it. Mostly plants, a couple of people here and there. She has a very realistic art style.]

[She relaxes again, and offers Shallan an apologetic smile. Calliope wishes she didn't care what others thought, but for every person in Demeleier she met whom came from a world where people like her were normal, there were three more who found her monstrous. She knows that's likely the skew here, too, so all she can do is work with it.]
