[Is it a bachelor party if it's for a sneaky surprise wedding no one else knows about that was prompted by Warden mind manipulation and the party is just Phanan and Kitty hanging out at the Winery? Sure it is! Or at least Phanan thinks it counts. Is it also an attempt to distract her and make her have fun for once? Again, sure! Will he want to drunkenly go the the bowling alley later? Probably. For now he's happy to get them each a drink and slide into the chair across from her.]

I hope you plan on getting me scantily clad women to dance and be objectified.
