[ Neil had been holding up fine. He'd been slowly getting used to the thought that what life he had, it was going to be spent in a virtual reality. A virtual reality prison. After all, Tieria was here. And a chance to reconnect with Lyle. It wasn't bad, not bad at all.

But then he'd gone to the shooting range. He didn't have that many skills, and he figured that he could at least keep up with the ones he had.

Within three shots, he'd remembered, though. Not being able to aim properly. Hurting all over. Al-Saachez getting in from his blind spot. Everything.

Only the force of habit made him put away the gun properly. Then he mostly stumbled into one of the dimmer places, slumping against the wall, gloved fingers digging into his hair. He kept telling himself that he was being stupid, that it was nothing, that he was going to be fine. The thought of coming out, of talking to anyone, of trying to smile and act natural, it was simply too much. He was too stuck in reliving his last minutes. Over and over again.

Well, we're currently kind of stuck, here. You don't have to take it, but I figured if we don't help each other...

[ Easy shrug. ]

I might have a selfish motive, you know. Like pestering you to challenge me with shooting, or something like that. [ He points to the patch. ] I'm all sorts of out of shape with my aiming eye out of service. I can use all the reasons to get back into shape I can get.

	I am... originally a sniper. With the Gundam, I can actually shoot from the ground out of the stratosphere, though that's not quite relevant here, since... no mobile suits. [ His hand comes up to touch the patch. ] Aiming's a little harder, now. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

It's... [ Quiet, small smile. He's not nearly as enamored with them as Setsuna, but still. ]

Technically, a giant mobile suit. Think twenty meters tall, sixty tons in weight... but, thanks to its GN drive, it moves like a song. It's a fighting machine like no other.

[ How do you explain the creation of a genius who designed a system for free energy for the entire world while making up a plan to rid humanity of war to unfold two hundred years in his future? It's not easy. He can end up drawing a lot, if she's curious. ]
