If anyone is getting rid of their pearls I'll take them.

[Someone's green greed pearl is making it hard to give it up even after hearing Sam's announcement. Besides, she's fine. There's nothing wrong with hers, right? Hoarding is normal and fun! The more pearls are better. She can give it up whenever she wants. She just doesn't want to!]

[You might be able to blame that on the pearl. Either it knows it's in danger or she's just had a lot of greed build up on something that already makes you want to keep it. Kind of a hard combination to fight.

She draws a breath when he arrives. It's not the happiest she's ever looked to see him, but she squares her jaw and lifts her hand, but it's still curled into a fist, protecting the pearl even as she tries to offer it. There's also a tremble to her arm that she's not about to admit, but she definitely feels it.

It takes everything just to do this, so words can be a thing that happens later.]

[He nods, before running off to stash the pearl in a remote place where he's confident nobody will be able to find it or fall under its influence over the next couple of days. That should be plenty of time for Artemis to come to her senses (if she hasn't already) and give him the go ahead to dispose of it in a more permanent manner.

Once he's done hiding the pearl, he speeds back to to check on her.]
