[It has been a week. Well, eight days. Carol drew up a little calendar that she keeps hanging her kitchen. No months, no year. After talking to some others, she realized it might not be relevent. So she just marks the days. Maybe it's pointless, maybe she'll tire of it after a while, but for now it helps.

Today, Carol can be found in the museum, smiling fondly, sometimes stupidly, sometimes laughing, at cats wearing clothes.]

...and then...

[Inspired, Carol finds herself at the Pet Cafe, staring down a huddle of kittens and wondering how she can leave with just one.]

	Sophia brought a stray home once, but the poor thing would cry all night. It drove Ed crazy. I was afraid he'd do something stupid, so I took it to the shelter when she was at school, told her it ran away. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

[He was definitely trying to. He's looked into taking classes and a few other things. It was just... odd for him now that this was normal]

I found an apartment in Sector 2. It's cool. Almost everything is hidden in the walls and the lights are controlled by motion. It's really just two rooms, but it works.

[A studio apartment in an easy to clean environment worked well for a teenager]

	I have. Looking into classes at the school. Also applied with the Defense Force. They didn't accept me at the moment, but they offered me training. [As much as he would have preferred being accepted, that was a better option than not at all] (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Research first. And I think it would be a good idea to start making weapons out of what we have available here. I'm not saying we should start suspecting everyone, or even that the other inmates are bad people. I think most of the people here are mostly decent.
