[Well this is new. Not that he didn't deserve to be in prison considering the amount of crimes he's committed over the years, even if they'd been in the name of pursuing truth and justice. Illegal was illegal, right?]

[He's not sure what to do right now, but he needs to figure it out, so he takes a deep breath and turns on the camera. An image of an attractive, late twenty-something year old man with light blonde hair and brown eyes appears. He's not smiling, and mostly he just looks very tired. There's a long red gash across his right cheek that looks fresh.]

Hey. I'm new here. [Now he hesitates. He doesn't know what to expect, or what to say next. A first for him, really. He always seemed to say whatever people wanted to hear. Or needed to hear.]

I'm Oliver Queen.

	If you're sure. [She's not put off or anything. In fact, a bit of advice:] It's preferable for you to find another inmate to heal any injuries you get, rather than go to the prison hospital. [Fortunately for him, he's used to tending to his own wounds most of the time. Unless someone else on the team -- usually Chloe -- had to do it for him. Considering the double identity issue he has going, hospitals have usually been out of the question. At least that's the same here.]

Thanks for the head's up. I appreciate the tip. [But she's peaked his curiosity.] What kind of punishments are we talking about?

	[A nod, before she just barely keeps her eyes from rolling] They range from ridiculous, to inconvenient, to humiliating... and currently very few are terribly harsh or in proportion to the charge. Charges don't seem to have a set punishment [Aside from the sexual activity ban one] so there's no telling what you'll get... (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Appears so. [And it's just the surface, Ollie] Offenders are announced each day as well. That's probably a better deterrent than random punishments for the actual malicious ones-- the possibility of having a horde of friends or protectors descend on you to avenge your victim, and all.
