[The reign of terror that has been Caliborn's days-long fit has begun to die down, with mercifully no clear-cut rule-breaking to aggravate it again. Of course, Calliope has been the one to pick up the pieces over and over, with only the slightest breaks. It probably would have been smarter to just let Caliborn work it out of his system, and THEN clean up, but she's never been one to tolerate messes for long.]

[She feels confident in his ability to behave, and so she has come to the media store to pick out a replacement TV. She the white-hoodie-bedecked figure staring at the shelf of little sets. At least until the options all start looking and sounding the same, and then she flees to the movie rental area to look at what's available.]

... hello, everyone. Ah, and welcome to Marina, those of you who have just arrived! This is "Callie." [In case her soft-spoken, awkwardly non-specific British accent didn't clue in everyone who isn't a newbie.]

[She thinks about mentioning Caliborn's little display on the network the other day, but opts not to.]

I was born a vampire hunter--a special type of human. It's sort of like a human with superpowers. Those powers make it pretty much impossible for twins to be born.

But it happened with Ichiru and I.

That's the impression I received--also that he intends to make the one that survives himself. He's very preoccupied with death, killing and murder. Especially toward you. You share a body though. How can he kill you without damaging the body?

Uh... I can't really tell you that. [She just can't bring herself to go open season on all the rules, even if the big one has been revealed. It is the moral code she has lived her life by, after all.]

I suppose I'm meant to be feeling the same as he does toward me, but I just can never bring myself to hate him enough to wish him dead.

I'd rather be friends with him, and help him lead a happier life.

You know him best. Is there any redeeming quality he possesses that makes him want to do this to push you to be the one to finish this? Or are you genuninely in fear for your life?

[Her silence is answer enough for him. He understands the confusion and complexity of the situation and knows she probably doesn't have the answers. Zero can only make assumptions based off his own experience, which although there is a little similarity is a much different situation.]

Has it always been like this with him? Can you remember a time when he was different than he is now?
