Wally West | Kid Flash ([info]fastonhisfeet) wrote in [info]marinanova,
[The Library isn't really a place Wally frequents, but he decided to stop in and see if he could find a couple of books to his liking. There has been a few nights in the past week where he's had trouble falling asleep and, well, reading is a better alternative to just lying there in bed. He ended up getting two books—about wizards!— and was on his way out when he spotted Zatanna sleeping on top of some books at one of the tables.

After making his way over to the table, he peered at her notebook and noticed the familiar symbols along with a bunch of other stuff he didn't quite understand. Dick had previously mentioned that she was checking into the books at the Library trying to find anything that could possibly help them out with this place and he briefly wondered if her efforts have doubled since his best friend left the dome. He knows the two of them were close and Dick's disappearance hasn't exactly been one of his favorite topics to discuss anyway, so he's tried to avoid the subject altogether with her. Still doesn't mean he hasn't been worried about her, though.

Deciding not to wake her up, thinking she could use the sleep—however uncomfortable it might be—since she was out the door before he even woke up for breakfast, he settled into the seat across from her and popped open one of his books. Eventually, he leaned back in his chair to stretch but leaned just a little too far and toppled to the floor with a loud cry.
