[ Chuck was not the kind of girl who took misfortune lying down. Sure, it might be scary and disorienting, waking up in an unfamiliar place and realizing that someone must've undressed and then redressed her in her sleep but moping about it wouldn't get her anywhere. Besides, after her last conversation with the Piemaker this sudden change of scenery came as more of a blessing than a particularly rotten cherry on the top of an already sour ice-cream sundae. At least it gave her something else to think about.

And so the girl called Chuck had distracted herself with picking out suitable clothing, fixing her hair and, which may or may not still be important, picking an alias. Now dolled up in a pretty red dress, scarf and sunglasses, she prepared herself for addressing the network that had humming with activity ever since she woke up, not unlike her own beloved beehives. ]

Hello... Marina, was it? My name is Kitty Pimms. I'm new here. I can't say I know a whole lot about prison etiquette, but it only seemed appropriate to say hi and this doesn't seem like your average prison anyway so... hi! It's nice to meet you.

Ah...yes, not getting hurt is a strange rule, but the wardens do not seem to enjoy having to take care of injuries. They consider them a waste of resources. It's a good thing most people find being hurt even less desirable.

[Which she greatly disagrees with, but it's not like she can convince them otherwise. She doesn't have that kind of persuasiveness about her.]

Do you have any other questions? I could try to answer them.

	Whatever you could tell me about the place would be great. So far I've gotten the advice to expect the unexpected, but that's a little hard to follow when I don't even know what kind of unexpected things I should be expecting. Ah...well, that is good advice, but the unexpected here is...really not that unexpected for some. Once we woke up with cat ears. [Caused by Komui so maybe that was why it was not unexpected.] There was a time when it rained punch and pizza, b-but that was because a little robot took control of the system.

There used to be dinosaurs, but they haven't been around since we were in the previous prison. An-And there was the time that we um...felt the need to do whatever we wanted...even if we wouldn't normally have done it.

	Yeah, that would definitely be considered unexpected where I'm from. [ A beat. ] Well... maybe less with the pizza rain, but as far as I know we haven't had any dinosaurs about for a long time. 	Ah...I'm n-not really sure what happened that day. [Her heat up a bit because she can't believe what she did that day.] We just...felt different, only not. Anything we wanted, we did it. It was as if the part of our minds that tells us "no" had gone away. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
