[ When Sasha woke up once again into an empty room, to find an empty apartment, she knew. It didn't take long for her to figure out what was happening: one, the Dimensional Stabilizer had malfunctioned again, it had taken her away; and two, she was, once again, a "guest" in the prison.

At first, she thought to seek out her friends, to let them know that she was alright and that perhaps, she could properly say goodbye -- she will be gone by the end of the day after all. But it was that same thought that brought her to an uncharacteristic decision: just to wait the day away, and not let anyone else know of her temporary return. It would be better that way.

She tried navigating the network, trying to see if she can contact her friends. Perhaps she could say "hello"... or she could just stay in the shadows and be content to have seen them. But that was not her. After checking how much of the day she has left, Sasha headed out to kill some time. If she came across familiar faces, that would all well and good. If there were new ones, then she'll go out to help them as much as she could... ]

----- Sector 2 -----

[ The Sector is -- was -- her chosen place of residence after all. Sasha visited the Library, seeing if there were new books that had arrived.

Should she spot anyone -- whether it's a familiar or a new face -- she'll approach them from the side. ]

Excuse me -- do you have anything to recommend among the new fiction books?

----- Sector 4 -----

[ Toting a book or two, she heads to Bean Crushers for some tea and snacks. Her attention would mostly be on the book, but she looks up from time to time, watching people go by through the window, or just briefly look at whoever passes by her table. Anyone meeting her eye will be greeted with a small nod and a friendly smile. ]

----- Sector 5 -----

[ The day is almost at an end. While perhaps it would be more fitting for her to return to her "home" in Sector 2, she feels that she has to bid the place farewell. There won't be anyone looking for dinner when she returns there after all. Sasha therefore finds it fitting to spend time at the Prayer Facility and find peace in her sadness.

She doesn't leave right away, and like when she spent time at the café, she sat at the back- and corner-most bench in the facility, so as she can watch people come and go. She might not have the appearance of a holy person, but she does have that warm aura that might tell you that, hey, maybe she can listen if there's anything troubling you. ]

(( OOC: Pardons for the tl;dr, but here be Sasha of Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas with her Marina memories from Day 191! /o/ ))

[ She ponders a little over that. Might as well try to brainstorm while she's here. ]

It is usually a safe option to start with its origins and history. Or perhaps you can build discussions around human experiences.

Yes, that's what we were thinking. My teaching partner has a very unique perspective on the human experience. [To say the least. Data fascinates her just as much as humanity fascinates him.] Quite honestly, I'm hoping more for discussion than lecture. But I'd be remiss if I were unfamiliar with the classical theories.

Might I ask, have you visited with Sougo today? I know he'd be very glad to see you.

[ Sasha nods her agreement. ] I see. I certainly hope that you will have an enjoyable class.

[ Her eyes show a brief look of surprise at the mention of Sougo. It's good to see that he has made friends with Lacus. ] Ah-- I have not. I do hope I will see him before the day ends. Would you know where I can find him?

[Friends and roommates, two peas in a pod. Many people don't understand what Lacus sees in Sougo, but of course Sasha does.] He patrols Sector 0, but I imagine he'll be all over today, looking for his sister and perhaps for you. I'm sure he won't be difficult to locate.

He's brought me a lot of comfort, and I know seeing you could do the same for him.

[ Indeed, she does. Sougo has his questionable traits, but he is capable of caring. ]

I am glad for the both of you -- that he has you for a friend, and that he brings you happiness, Lacus. I will make sure to find him.

[ She will do her best to catch up with him. ] And how have you been?

[She nods, content with that response. Lacus doesn't tend to request things like that, preferring that people find their own way, but given the nature of today and the time frame, she wouldn't forgive herself if Sougo missed this chance to see someone he holds dear.]

I've been well enough, considering. Some difficult things have happened. [Her smile softens as if she's forgiving herself for the admission.] Such is the nature of this place.

[ Sasha nods once, understanding. She had seen Lacus mourn over lives lost in her own world, but that does not mean that the disappearances would affect her less in a place like Marina. ]

I find that it is one of the most difficult things to deal with, here.

[ She remembers how she felt when Alucard, Zelda and Naoya disappeared, followed by many others. What more for someone like Lacus who has been around much longer than she has? Sasha reaches out to place a hand on the other woman's shoulder. ]

How are you coping?

[Sasha's kind gesture is appreciated, even if it's not truly necessary. For all the comfort she offers others, Lacus tends to find most of her own strength from within. Still, it's good to know that others understand.]

Sometimes very well, sometimes less so. I'm fortunate to be surrounded by understanding people who take care of me as much as I do them. [Her expression warms,] At least that is a wonderful thing about being here. There are many people who I would not have otherwise met.

[ Sasha gives Lacus' shoulder a gentle squeeze before letting go. ]

It has-- [ She stops herself. She cannot bring herself to think of the people she has met and has come to love in the past tense. ] It is the same for myself. I feel the same way towards the people I have met, and I have come to hold them dear. There are certainly those I wish to know better.

I would like to think we would all have the time and means to do just that. [Not just Sasha and the other guests that are likely only present for the day, but all of them. Nobody here has any guarantees about tomorrow.] Which is why we should celebrate what we have while we can.
