He's picked a quiet corner, as-- unidentifiable as possible (because unknown, potentially hostile prison) and is speaking carefully to the network viewers. ]

Greetings; this is Detective Edward Nygma.

As I understand it, this place is apparently a extra-dimensional prison. I don't intend to stay very long, but from the rather codified and structured city I'm in, I'm guessing escape is uncommon at best.

[ Which doesn't please him one bit; it's why his smile is full of razors, green eyes sharp and flinty. ]

But in the mean time, I've never been to an extra-dimensional prison, and this is quite fascinating. Do, elucidate just want one does in a prison for crimes they've either been absolved of at home, or otherwise? Inquiring minds want to know.
