[ He's nervous as they head down to the beach, backpack filled not only with presents but with a few choice items as well. Ritualistic. A ceremony he hasn't been a part of for years and that normally requires a month of preparations but here they are in the land of last-minute-surprises and Aidan can't pass up this opportunity. It's as close as he'll ever get to a Winter Solstice celebration ever again and although it isn't a pig being slaughtered and there's no designated boulder here, he'll do what he can with what he's got.

Hands bare and reddened by the cold, he reaches out to grab Helix's hand as they walk. Nervous. Excited. ]

Hey, y'all. Happy holidays and uh... and all that. [ Unsure if he did that right. They don't do Christmas where he's from and that's very much the point of this transmission. ] I was thinkin', I bet there's plenty of us that don't celebrate th' way the Wardens've set this up. We've got people from all over the worlds after all, it'd be weird if everyone did it just like this.

How do you do it back where you're from? Do you celebrate... Christmas or is it somethin' else?

Oh, and uh... I'll be doin' a little celebration type thing of my own down at th' beach, if anyone wants to join. Just a little somethin' from back home... bring a cup, if you're comin' down.

[ Action; open. Aidan can be found down at the beach together with Helix. They've set up a fire in one of the fire pits and anyone interested will get an introduction to the godless earth-worshipping religion that Aidan is a surprisingly devout follower of. He can also be found scurrying over the dome throughout the day, delivering GIFTS to friend and foe alike! If your character isn't on the list but has some kind of CR with Aidan, feel free to assume they got something useful and generic like a pair of gloves or a scarf! ]

[Helix is too busy opening his to see what Aidan pulls out before him. Doesn't matter though cause he has one like it, only a different color. He's looking it over, that phallic looking nose and the overly round, soft, plush rump... One has to wonder what the hell these things are used for. Being curious enough he'll poke it's rear end to see if it has a ..uhm... hole for things...]

I hate to say it but maybe you and your older self really aren't much different in some aspects.

[Considering that guy was opening a porn shop. Sorry bro, feel free to punch him. But we all know he couldn't be polite for too long. He just wouldn't be Helix otherwise. He does make a conscious effort for his friends though.

Also sort of looking at Aidan a little surprised, wondering if he's just asking cause he didn't want to figure it out on his own/wanted to confirm his suspicion, or if he was really that clueless.
