[Caroline comes on camera, she's at the Blood Shack. Seriously, what's the point of really hiding it anymore? She's a vampire, if people figure it out, they figure it out. But for now, nothing she does really screams I'M A VAMPIRE. Her thoughts have turned darker as of late but somehow she manages to ask this in her usual perky tone--]

[ Together they ride out the high, every sensation magnified tenfold. Maybe it's because they're vampires or maybe it's because she feels like this was a long time coming, something she's wanted for a while, something she's needed.

He buries his face in her shoulder and she feels more comfortable than she's felt since arriving in this place, her fingers curl against his lower back, keeping him close, keeping him inside of her for a bit longer, not wanting to face the world outside of that bedroom.

And despite not having to breathe, she struggles to catch her breath, to even focus for the longest time as she rolls on the waves of pleasure their shared passion inspired. She lets her hands crawl up his back, her leg rub against his side as she buries her own face against his neck, kissing softly, letting her lips linger.]

[His teeth drag lightly along her shoulder as her lips press against his throat, and after another long minute as his emotions and his sense of touch begin to settle, he exhales softly against her skin before rolling off to the side, his arms still encircling her waist to keep her close.

His expression is one of hazy contentment. Maybe this is the moment he should feel guilty or awkward, but for now he feels anything but. It feels comfortable and right instead as he reaches up and tucks a curl of her now somewhat messy hair behind an ear and just watches her for a moment.]

[ There's a brief moment of panic when he rolls off of her when she thinks that he's going to pull away completely and things are going to get awkward. But he doesn't let go of her, his arms staying around her waist and that insecurity she tries to hide so well fades in an instant.

She moves to roll towards him, draping her arm over his torso as her chin rests on his chest, her eyes watching his face. Although, they do flutter a bit when he tucks some of her hair behind her ear, earning a gentle, contented smile from her, her fingers drawing shapes against his skin, lazily.]

[ She doesn't let her smile fade against his skin even though she knows the answer. She can't. She knows they're going to get punished for this and she has to get home to give Elena a head's up before she finds out that way. And that's the last thing she wants.

Still, she makes her reply cheeky as she kisses her way up his chest, lips hovering a breath away from his.] You have to earn the overnight. [ It's a tease but also an unspoken promise that this won't be the last time they do this, that she can't regret doing this.]
