The trouble with him telling her she needn't concern herself with whatever he was contemplating was that it meant she needed to concern herself with it even more. She stiffened almost imperceptibly, enough that someone who knew her would be able to tell that she didn't like being steered around, but she allowed him to guide her around.
His words had a point to them and she would recognize that, but even the fact that he's considering that at all is worthy of her concern. At the moment, she was considering it as well, though she didn't quite see how anything was possible without potentially blowing something up and, despite the words she'd entered the last dome with, she wasn't in the mood to have the deaths of innocent people on her conscience here.
"You do realize you're giving me more to concern myself with, don't you?" she asked quietly, pointedly ignoring the comments about his "battery" being drained. She knew what he meant, understood that his abilities had been dampened as Rebekah's had, and understood that it was seriously hampering his ability to exist, let alone his comfort in doing so. Even so, considering doing damage at all before every option had been combed over and the pros and cons weighed carefully didn't sit well with her. This entire place made her nerves hum.
