[Tieria had seen space colonies fail. He wasn't surprised that an underwater dome would fail at some point, too.]

I suppose it was only a matter of time. I can only hope that they will have a way to reinforce the dome against such problems in the future.

[Because Tieria wasn't sure about these new rooming arrangements, and he wasn't liking the loss of powers in this new place.]
