214 Open Action || Audio both open and closed
[Rogue is in the hospital because Oz's werewolf lost control and attacked her. She's a mess of bandages and stitches. One arm is completely wrapped up. There are stitches in her shoulder, across her stomach, on one thigh and from elbow to wrist on arm. Despite all of this having happened less than twenty four hours ago, she's in relatively good condition. Part of that is due to the pain medication she's on, but the other part of it is due to the advanced healing she received from Oz when she used her power to get him off her. She's also been left with a craving for rare meat, but the hospital isn't keen on bringing her a burger. ]

Guess yesterday's craziness is gone. [She noticed other issues with everyone else too once she looked back on it.]

Any chance I could get someone to bring me up a burger?

She also doesn't want to out Oz to people he doesn't know or to people he hasn't decided to tell about his secret.] Some sorta wolf came outta the bushes and attacked me. It's just over twenty minutes later that Derek arrives in the hospital. After checking at the desk to find out where Rogue is, he walks into her hospital room with a brown bag that is dotted with grease. He only gets the best burgers, okay?

He offers her a smile that doesn't reach his eyes. He's been in a very sour mood lately because of some information Reid gave him. But he's putting on a good face for Rogue. "Hey, pretty girl. You awake?"

Rogue is awake for the most part. When Derek walks in, she opens her eyes and fiddles iwth the bed so that it's sitting up a bit more. She yawns a little and waves at him with the arm that isn't bandaged.

"Yup. Awake and little loopy on pain killers. Thank you. It smells delicious."

If she weren't high on pain meds, she might notice that his smile doesn't quite meet his eyes. As it is, she's just happy to see Derek.

	"I ain't heard yet. I sure hope I am." She hasn't really had time to think about that. She hopes both for the sakes of anyone hurt and for Oz, that she was the only one hurt. Maybe she should have tried to hang onto the wolf longer and knock him out. She takes the burger with a murmured thanks and unwraps, biting into it. "This is amazin'." 	Derek looks slightly amused at the gusto with which she eats the burger. He attributes it to how terrible hospital food usually is no matter what hospital you're at. "I know my burgers." 	Well, the hospital food is institutional food and it is all terrible, but that's not quite the reason for the gusto. "I'm awful glad too." He considers that for a moment, almost giving in to talk to someone who isn't involved in all the lies. But one look back up at her in that hospital bed all banged and scratched up reminds him that this isn't about him. It's about her. And now is probably not the time. Yeah, he just mentally talked himself out of it.

"How about we just hide away in here away from everything else? Right now it's easier." He smirks. "Plus we've got comfort food."

"I'll be careful." But honestly, with the way he's been going, he wouldn't mind a bot catching him. That would mean he could try and attack it the way he'd been thinking about doing for awhile now. Find their weak spot.

He disappears for several minutes. And when he returns he's sporting two cups of ice cream and two packets of chocolate syrup. He looks proud as he sits back down in the chair and peels away the tops of the ice cream. "Somethin' for your sweet tooth."
