Greetin's Marina.

I jus' wanted t' announce that th' Rusty Spoon will be undergoin' a name change t' Merlotte's an' will be officially open as of right now. As in all our construction is finally done.

I was looking' t'celebrate tonight an' I figure after all of th' therapy some of y'all could really use a drink er'two. This one especially goes out to everyone who helped me put everythin' together and t'make this possible. Thanks for all your hard work!

I'd really appreciate y'all comin' in and at least seein' th' menu or takin' a load off. I have a pool table an' y'kin play cards or jus' plain socialize and cure what ails ya. We made some finger foods and bits o'stuff t' sample from th' menu too.

So stop on by an' I promise ya won't have t'spill yer guts unless it's t'the porcelain goddess.

[Okay so he's not the best to be talking publicly to people but hey. It's only slightly awkward right? It's a little funny right?]

((ooc: Go ahead and treat this like any mingle. Sit at the bar, play pool, drink, nibble food to eat or dance (just this once, one of his rules is no dancing)! There is a table set up with tid-bits of burgers, or hot dogs or chili or whatever sort of southern/comfort/american diner foods you could think of. Help yourself!
