[Michiru has discovered the chalk so she's found a relatively quiet patch of sidewalk with as many colors as she was able to gather together. She's wearing clothes that she doesn't mind getting dirty and is on her knees making a rather large chalk drawing on the ground. It's a beach scene with palm trees and the ocean in background. It had been a while since she's done a drawing at all, having been so focused on her music, that it was nice to be able to work on it, even if it wouldn't last more than an hour]

At least it's a asset in the battlefield, right? The enemy usually doesn't see me coming unless I want them too.

It is a good asset. I don't know what all you can do with you abilities, but usually guys don't tend to think of women or young women as a threat so there is an element of surprise there.

It's kind of hard to describe, really. I mean, I do magic. I can make things appear or disappear, change, create clones, heal myself...I even have a spell that makes people tell the truth.

No, I understand. You know your own abilities, but it is difficult to tell someone else. Quite an impressive list things you can do.

You're welcome. [She starts coloring in the the sketches she's made]

My connection is more to the ocean.

Somehow, that doesn't surprise me. It suits you.

[She smiles] Those from my world all have a connection to an element and it influences our abilities.

Well, not everyone on the world, but everyone in our team.

So your world is kinda like ours.

Kind of. I think the abilities of our two worlds are different, but we do have something in common.

[She gives her a smile. Having finally finished her basic coloring, she asks]

So what do you think?

[She looks down at the image of herself, Robin, and Robin Jr. Smilingly warmly. They looked almost like a little family.]

I love it.

I'm glad you do. A shame though that its not permanent, that it will be gone soon.

That's alright.

It's not like I don't get to see either of them on a daily basis.

That is true. Of course part of the amusement of chalk is the fact that it is so easy to change.

Just that if you make a mistake or want to change it, its fairly easy to do. You just wipe it away. Painting isn't always so forgiving.

But at the same time, it's not hard to destroy a chalk drawing. Just a little bit of water, or a little smudge, and it's gone.

Paint lasts.

That's true. I guess both have their benefits depending on what you want to do.

And their drawbacks.

Personally, I'd prefer the chalk.

Of course.

I like the chalk sometimes. I think it was a good motivator. I forgot how much I enjoyed painting because I've been working on the music class.
