I see what you do on a daily basis, sir, and I do not approve. Here are the rules for inhabiting the body of Dr. Sheldon Lee Cooper:
No drinking
No foods high in fiber
No partying
No coitus!
No kissing
Keep a limit on friendly hugs/handshakes
Keep a bottle of Purell on you and use it constantly.

And that's just the prioritized list, I'm gonna need you to come to my room for the full one.
