Good company, tea and talking about the subject of the nightmares. It does not make them instantly go away, but it does help.

You should not keep such a thing bottled up, it only makes things worse. Believe me I know the power of nightmares

Yes. I know it is difficult to talk about, believe me there are many times I do not want to talk about my own nightmares. But the longer you keep them inside, the more power they hold over you and the worse they can become.

Start with whatever comes to your mind first. Or what hangs heaviest upon your heart. From there, the rest will come, though some patience may need to be exercised.

And who would I talk to about them? Clint has enough on his plate, I don't know this Tony and I feel bad constantly dumping on you and Myka

You can talk to me, I am always willing to listen. I am certain Myka would be willing to listen as well.

There is nothing to feel bad for, James. I do not mind at all.

Reading can help you escape them.

Have you ever read any Shakespeare? I've found that most of his works can distract your mind for quite awhile.

A Midsummer Nights Dream is my favorite. I have a copy here that I can bring to you. And you can see if it helps?

Though Helena's right. Talking about the nightmares with someone helps as well.
