Regulus offered the cup of water and then retreated back towards the door. He'd only helped Al through a panic attack twice, and he wasn't much of a an expert on it. It was best to let Al - Adult Al - oh that was hard to process, yes it was best to let Adult Al handle things, and only move when Al asked for something.
