"There's actually a lot of office work involved in radio. There are clients to keep happy in relation to the advertising. Unless a company has a ready-made ad, the radio advertisements are written and recorded, then edited and have music and sound effects put into them. The client who the ads are being done for has creative control, in more instances than not. There's a lot of work that goes into getting and maintaining new clients at the station. And there's no actual records involved."
