Helena Wells-Quinzel is H.G. Wells ([info]indelibleink) wrote in [info]makebelievelog,
Hearing Anakin's response only further perplexed the Victorian woman. She wasn't entirely certain what was happening. Was she looking at an illusion? Or was it magic? There wasn't a doubt in her mind that this was a precaution from their younger selves taking the bike once again, but she was more than confused on this matter.

After another moment's hesitation, Helena walked into the stall, almost expecting to run into some barrier or be suddenly transported somewhere else. However, what occurred instead was that everything within the stall suddenly became visible to her, including Anakin. Blinking in surprise, she looked at him, then the bike, then back outside the stall. Though everything outside the stall appeared exactly the same as it had been before she'd entered the stall. Brushing a hand through her raven hair, she looked back at Anakin.

"I would assume this is a security precaution," she stated, her mind still trying to piece this puzzle together for herself but she was having some difficulty on accomplishing that task. So she would allow Anakin to fill in the blanks for her.
