Claudia had been about to take a piece of popcorn and throw it at Myka in response to the teasing when the meowing and scratching, then Myka's groaning, interrupted. Claudia went over to sit on the couch instead and simply sat there, watching.
The techie's nose crinkled up in unspoken amusement and glee when Myka came back with the kitten in her lap. It was likely rather obvious that Claudia was having the worst time not squeeing out about Myka and her obvious not-hatred of the kitten and the kitten's obvious not-hate of Myka. H.G. and Myka were, both, secret cat liking people. There was no denying it.
"Sounds primo." She sat the popcorn on the table, out of the reach of small kittens, and sat the two sodas next to Myka on the couch. Considering they were still closed, she didn't figure that would be so big of a deal. "I can put the DVD in and you can start talking. Spill."
